The previous quote form

This is the custom-field version of the quote form used before the GoHighLevel embed replaced it. The page is not linked anywhere on the site and is marked noindex, but the form is wired up: anything submitted here posts to the same GoHighLevel webhook and shows up as a real lead, tagged "archived form" so it can be told apart from Contact page submissions.

The live form lives on the Contact page and is unchanged. Deleting this page removes the archive with no effect on the rest of the site.
